At Mumbai WandersTour, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and us.
More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund (minus any payment processing charges).
3 to 6 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Within 48 hours (3 days) of the tour date: No refund will be provided.
No-show on the tour date: Treated as last-minute cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or guide unavailability), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Guests may request a reschedule at least 48 before the tour date, subject to availability.
For private/customized tours, different cancellation terms may apply (informed at the time of booking).
Any third-party costs (such as entry tickets, transportation, or special activities) that have already been purchased on your behalf may be deducted from the refund.
